Please review and confirm the following terms:

1. Governance & Voting:

I/We acknowledge that the governance and decision-making authority of the Chamber are vested exclusively in the Board of Directors. As a Corporate Partner, I/We understand that this status does not confer any voting rights or participation in the internal management of the Chamber.

本人/貴公司確認，商會之治理與決策權限悉依組織章程歸屬於董事會。作為企業夥伴，本人/貴公司知悉此身分不具備任何投票權或參與商會內部管理之權利。

2. Confidentiality & Records:

I/We acknowledge that this partnership provides access to authorized public resources and networking events. I/We understand that I/We have no right to inspect or access non-public records, internal financial documents, proprietary corporate data of the Chamber, or sensitive information regarding other members.

本人/貴公司知悉，本夥伴關係僅限於存取公開資源與授權之交流活動。本人/貴公司明確確認，本人/貴公司無權查閱商會之非公開紀錄、內部財務文件、商業機密，或任何關於其他會員之敏感資訊。

3.Compliance & Onboarding Coordination

I/We understand that to ensure a seamless onboarding process, please indicate if your company requires specific tax documentation (e.g., W-9) or an official invoice to align with your internal procurement or accounts payable procedures. Our Treasurer will prepare the necessary documentation accordingly.

本人/貴公司了解為確保與貴公司之合作能順利對接，若貴公司設有標準採購或付款流程（需請款單或稅務文件），請於下方註記，以利本會財務長提前準備相關合規文件。
